Document Scanning
We can scan almost any document you have from business card size all the way up to 50 inches wide and over 100 feet long. We can also scan books that are bound and oversize books that can not be taken apart.
Files can be scanned in black & white, grayscale or color and we can provide these files back to you in almost any format, although PDF, TIF, and JPEG are the most common. If the files are typed text we also offer Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on text files.
We can provide these services at our office in Albuquerque or on-site at your facility if needed.
Document preservation on old and delicate documents can be done by inserting the document into a custom made mylar sleeve of if the documents are 11” X 17” or smaller they can be scanned on a flatbed scanner. We utilize straight path scanners for all other documents.
